Kyoudaikido Soldier Chromacorps is rated G and is suited for all readers. The title is about a super-powered team along the lines of "Power Rangers." Five young adults inherit belts which allow them to transform into one of the Chromacorps soldiers. The team's purpose is to prevent the return of a demon lord to Earth. They are not the first to hold such responsibilities and their job is not easy. The art is clean and easy to follow. The characters are likable and intelligent. The title started out as a full page comic, but has since moved to strip comic format. If you are a Power Ranger's fan you will love this comic. Even if you aren't, the title is written with intelligence and wit and was enough to get even this non-PRfan to get in the groove. Give it a shot and Taka some love! - |
